Baby Care Centers
You can change and feed your baby at Baby Care Centers hosted by Carnation Baby Formulas.

Camera Services
Various camera services are available at select Disney Theme Park locations. Services may include digital camera media, film and camera sales, and camera accessories. Film can be purchased at most retail locations.

Disney Parks & Verizon Present Mobile Magic
Check out the official mobile app that lets you track attraction wait times and FASTPASS® return times for the Disney Theme Park you're in. Exclusively for Verizon subscribers.

Disney's FASTPASS Service
The complimentary Disney's FASTPASS service allows you to enjoy the rest of the Disney Theme Parks while saving your place in line for an attraction.

First Aid
There is a First Aid Station available in each Disney Theme Park at Walt Disney World Resort.

Kennels
Best Friends Pet Care — operated by Best Friends Pet Care, Inc. — is located across from Disney's Port Orleans Resort at 2510 Bonnet Creek Parkway, Lake Buena Vista, FL, 32830. Except for service dogs for Guests with disabilities, pets are not permitted in the Disney Theme Parks, Disney Resort hotels or on Resort Transportation.

Lockers
Lockers may be rented for a small fee to store items during your visits to the Disney Theme Parks, Disney Water Parks and Downtown Disney Area.

Mail and Post Office
From post offices located at each Disney Theme Park, Guests can ship packages anywhere in the world.

Maps
Use our maps of Walt Disney World Resort to help plan your visit. Maps can display locations of all attractions, entertainment, dining and shopping destinations throughout Walt Disney World Resort.

To see which attractions might not be operating due to maintenance during your next visit, see the calendar or call (407) WDW-MAGIC or (407) 939-6244 for the latest information. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call. Dates of non-operation are subject to change without notice.

Package Pick-Up
Purchases made throughout the day can be delivered to select locations for you to pick up as you exit Disney Theme Parks. Purchases can also be delivered to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel or shipped home via UPS or FedEx.

Pal Mickey
Pal Mickey is an interactive Mickey Mouse plush that gives you insider Theme Park tips, provides parade and show-time reminders, alerts you to when your favorite Disney Characters are nearby and lists the shortest waits at some of your favorite attractions. Pal Mickey is no longer on sale.

Disney's PhotoPass Service
Use Disney's PhotoPass Service and let our professional photographers take great keepsake shots of your family vacation that you can view online, order prints and transform into customized photo albums, T-shirts, mugs and more.

Resort Transportation
Walt Disney World Resort offers an extensive transportation system that is complimentary for Disney Theme Park and Disney Resort hotel Guests. The system includes buses, monorails and boats that link together select Disney Theme Parks, Disney Water Parks, Disney Resort hotels and major shopping and recreation areas.

Rider Swap
Through Disney's rider swap policy, adults may still be able to experience an attraction if they have children who are too young or who do not wish to ride. Parents take turns experiencing the attraction while waiting in line only once.

Specific Dietary Requests
The Walt Disney World Food and Beverage Team is committed to offering a wide range of choices to accommodate Guests who have special dietary requests for lifestyle dining options and who have food allergies or intolerances. Advance notice is required—usually at the time of your dining reservation.

Stroller Rentals
Strollers rentals are available at a variety of locations throughout Disney Theme Parks, Disney Water Parks and the Downtown Disney Area. Quantities are limited and subject to availability. Double-passenger strollers are not available for rent at the Downtown Disney Area.

Walt Disney World Florist and Gift Basket Shop
Let a Walt Disney World Florist create the gift of a lifetime as you celebrate engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, special occasions, reunions and weddings.

What to Wear
Proper dress is required at all Disney Theme Parks. Shirt and shoes must be worn at all times. At the Disney Water Parks, swim attire with rivets, buckles or exposed metal is not permitted on the attractions. Wetsuits are not permitted on body slides.

Wheelchair and ECV Rentals
Wheelchairs and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECV) rentals are available at a variety of locations throughout Disney Theme Parks, Disney Water Parks, and the Downtown Disney Area. ECVs are not for rent in Disney Resort Hotels. ECVs are designed to be single-rider and not to hold more than one person.
